Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped during Sunday and public holidays.

We shall deliver the product without delay upon confirmation of your successful payment of the    purchase. We ensure that purchased products are delivered to you in a timely manner to you. May be delivery time shall be prolonged by reasonable periods in case of unavoidable situations for which we are not responsible, such as strikes, Logistical issues beyond our control, troubles with communications, Unsuitable weather conditions, Lockdowns, Political disruptions, Governmental restrictions

and Other unforeseeable circumstances such us cyclone, floods, earthquakes etc.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If shipping charges are not mentioned, the below rates applicable.

 Actual courier or speed post may reach you before the delivery time mentioned below.

South India (Outside Tamil Nadu) - 5-6 business days

North India - 6-10 business days

 Shipping Area:

 We provide shipment to courier accessible area only.  Our preferred courier partner is Professional Courier and you can verify the availability of service in their portal before placing the order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Lost or missed packages:

Tracking number will be provided for your reference. We are not liable for the lost or missed packages.
